Enjoy yard games, glitter tattoos, and balloon animals, while Optimist Club of Blackfalds fires up the BBQ with Alberta beef (by donation to the Optimist Club!). Plus, don't miss a live performance by Mariachi Loco starting at 1:00 PM.
