Ellis Nature Centre's annual festival celebrating mountain bluebirds and other songbirds occurs on the second Saturday in July. Join us on our mountain bluebird trail, observe the purple martin colony up close with a demonstration of what goes on inside those large birdhouses or watch expert bird banders capture and band songbirds.
We also celebrate a local mountain bluebird trail owner with our Blue Feather award! Join us for crafts, games and activities all day long.
